abode

It's been 8 days. That's 5 days more than enough (read 'going, going, gone' below). I have stepped out of my house 11 times. That's 1.375 times a day. I exercise for 45 minutes a day. That's 360 minutes in all. Before we all start behaving like goldfish, the basic course in mathematics goes a long way to prove how aversed I am to stepping out.

So here I am putting up pictures of my house. This is where I live. This is where I eat. This is where I work. My parents think I am peace-loving and have a high-profile job that touches millions of lives everyday (sort of a Ramakrishna Paramhansa with a pen). I am actually an advertising writer with no significant releases in the last one year and a gas problem.

And where is this? It looks serene, and must be a complete contrast from advertising if what I hear about advertising as a mad rush is true.

alas. advertising IS a mad rush. and this is my house in calcutta. bombay offers me a pigeonhole where i sit and think about songs about how to sell you soap, that is anything but.

That does look awesome. A place to lose oneself perhaps. Perhaps find. I wont be able to survive. I think I like pigeon holes to call home where I can exist.

I can't believe you acknowledged a gas problem. I have laughed enough to keep me up another few hours.

Now I am going to shut up and go study. :D

educatedunemployed - pigeonholes can be cozy. but not when you live with a million books and associated paraphernalia. i need a bigger house in the next couple of months. and hopefully a raise will help me elevate my status from pigeon to slightly bigger pigeon.

hope your studies are unaffected. by gas or otherwise.
